CoFly is a traveler connection platform. We help verified travelers on the same flight discover and communicate with each other. CoFly does not broker, manage, guarantee, or endorse any offline arrangement, transfer, or exchange between users. All interactions and agreements are solely between the involved parties. By using CoFly, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, compliance with airline policies, and adherence to aviation security regulations.

2. User Responsibility

By using CoFly, you agree that you are fully responsible for your actions, decisions, and compliance with all applicable laws, airline policies, and aviation security regulations. You agree not to use CoFly for any unlawful purpose.

3. No Guarantees

CoFly does not guarantee the identity, intentions, reliability, or trustworthiness of any user. Verification badges indicate that a user has completed certain verification steps but do not constitute an endorsement. You interact with other users at your own risk.

4. Account Conduct

You must provide accurate information during registration and verification. Impersonation, providing false documents, or creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

5. Content & Communication

All messages sent through CoFly must comply with our community guidelines. Harassment, spam, solicitation, and sharing of prohibited content will result in immediate action. CoFly reserves the right to review reported messages for moderation purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

CoFly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoFly shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any offline arrangement facilitated through connections made on CoFly.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CoFly after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
